Have a electrician check your outlet right there. Dogs have very sensitive noses could probably smell an electrical issue.

A dog doesn't roll in dog scent like it is doing, let alone fixated on areas. If it was dog scent, she would pee over it (even if not allowed). It's definitely not "nothing to worry about". What is your house built on? Cement, elevated or stilt foundation? I wouldn't stop until 6ft under was dug out to make sure it was nothing 😂
