anyone know what caliber the officers weapon was shooting? if its 9mm then he shouldn't be on the beat. but it could be since he emptied his mag and 9mm is notorious for under penetrating with hollow points when there are multiple heavy layers of clothing and they are trained to continue firinguntil the threat is no longer a threat. Im guessing he may have been using a weapon firing .45acp which is globally inaccurate and unpredictable outside of 15ft unless you shoot it from something like a hand built and fitted 1911 that costs at least $1700 at the low end
