Yes! I love the ones that have a note on the box saying "UPS pick up please " or the ones that call tags and they write the tracking number for each box on it so I know which call tag goes where

Just leave it in the porch. With a note that say’s ups. It’s all I need. I don’t need a big long explanation of why you’re returning it or how it got broke. Oh and tape it up, cuz I don’t care what it looks like.

I had a case just today where the customer left the package outside with a note that said for UPS pick up thank you. He didn’t pick up the package and he didn’t leave her label so she sent in a case. Center manager got pissed like why didn’t he leave the attack on an RS1? I’m like dude I don’t know he’s not even in today.

with FedEx sometimes it's the recipient who sets up the pickup call and the customer doesn't know anything about it often medical shipments
