Every time I use tretinoin (no matter the strength) more than 2 times a week my skin peels so bad and I get horrible clogged pores around my mouth, chin, nose area 😭 I’ve been on accutane twice and I’ve used tret off and on for over 10 years now and my skin just doesn’t like it I guess ☹️I just started a prescription Azelaic acid because my skin seems to like it! Would you recommend trying a different retinoid or just skipping it altogether?

I’m a licensed esthi but my skin has so many problems still💔 I have a (extremely) consistent routine, eat well, do yoga all of it but my skin is so congested and my PIE seems to never go away. Also super consistent with my spf like idk where I’m going wrongggg
