I actually learned this concept as an employee post college and wish I had learned it sooner! Your thermostats are the ones who succeed in life and in business, it’s a phenomenal leadership trait. You see it the resilient ones who are capable of staying the course and pivoting despite whatever is going on around them. Some individuals are thermostats by default but it’s definitely something individuals can learn too!
