@Prasha: Hi , kindly see the differ tax calculation also. When you have more provision in stage 1 and 2 you identify DTA so taking the benefit to the reserve. Also the provision for stage 1, 2 and 3 arises as a result of past events through LGD calculation. Let’s appreciate their efforts. And please note that if impairment provision doesn’t provide enough comfort there is a RLA adjustment. So I don’t think much can do through provision. LOLC has enough muscle to absorb temporary shocks.
