Are you trying to say bs’ing is actual bone growth and not fibrosis?

I think thr 0.5-0.9 MPA thint was tested directly on the bone, we have a layer of muscle and fat and skin above the bone which blunts the force so if you hit the chin for example with 0.9 MPA the bone underneath may only recieve a fraction of that

Massage gun isn’t cope but it takes so much longer than a normal hammer for growth, but I guess it’s personal preference. For me atleast the hammer always worked better

The only issue I’m seeing with this is generally speaking when we see good bs results it’s usually from fibrosis and not actual bone growth, however the massage gun is unlikely to produce any fibrosis.

Isn’t what gives projection fibrosis and not literal bone?

Cool and this is lateral growth of the bones not just fracture repair? With the massage gun

Doesnt the study legit specify that this is compressive loading?
Osteogenesis happens when ur bones get loaded with weight not impact

Doctor Morph :
The force threshold for load induced osteogenesis decreases when the force is applied more rapidly. In simple terms when you hit faster you need to hit less hard to have the same osteogenic effect, thats a primary reason for why i would say a massage gun is superior.
