I don't tell her anymore because I don't feel like I should be comforted by her. Im not sure why shes still my friend, i love her but why are you still friends with me? Im a mentally ill mess who cant even speak up about or for myself.

The thing is she’s already helped me through a tough time, and I’m aware that being a therapist friend is draining. I think if I told her things she’d think her help was useless, and she might also be pissed/she wouldn’t do anything. IDK I’d js be a burden on her and that’s not smth I wanna be, she’s such an angel I don’t want to bring her down.
