Literally do this… I get nothing but fake recruiters… calling me once they get my resume tell me they are getting back to me… never hear from them again… or i get the “your resume isnt passing ats would you like me to set you up with an expert resume writer” messages. I just need one Program Manager job or Strategy and Operations Management role.

Tracy Davis :
I did it and yes, it worked. Unfortunately all that reached out was fake recruiters promising roles that don’t exist to get me to pay to update my resume. Disappointing

Great strategy and technique. Thank you sharing your wisdom. For those of us who have solutions for the Recruiter or their company's top pain points that maximize their balance sheet & profit margins, what do you recommend to get them to DM?

I get bots or people saying they have side hustles that make them extra income and they want me to listen to their MLM bs.

Same. All I get are people wanting me to pay for classes or pay them to redo my resume, etc. Nothing I’ve found works. I even reach out to recruiters myself in companies I’m interested in that have positions listed. Just need a remote project manager job.

But how do you stop your work from seeing this if they may be recruiting too?

What should I do? I’ve done this, but I keep just getting spam and fake recruiters. is there a way to avoid it?
