Essendon won, I was there, this game was famous as it was the first “ticket only” game as you needed to pre purchase a ticket, none sold on the day and it was live on TV. Great memories from Grade 6

what a Absolute FREAK , gun footballer! I saw half of his total matches played , and it was a exciting buzz when ever he got the ball! You just expected something amazing to happen and it mostly did! 1990 he kicked 97 in the forward pocket/ full forward while Gavin Brown kicked 49 from centre half forward and we also had Barwick kicking 36 and Ruck man with the retarded licking style Mason kicking 33! Those figures won us a flag and Daicos was the master! I remember this match. we lost but made amends in the finals twice !! I remember when he ran Gastev. ragged up at Carrara and kicked 13 too. No wonder Nick and Josh are both guns ! Good stock!
