When I was 14, my cardiologist was lecturing me about drinking water and he said he needed my urine to be *turns on faucet*. I told him how clear urine means I’m drinking too much water and that over hydration is also dangerous and people have died from it, but he said that it isn’t possible unless you are attached to water….
