So lucky….it looks fantastic …I don’t know Paxos but I bet it’s wonderful….if you see Staka a rich sauce made from sheep’s milk cream and a tiny bit of flour it’s a great treat. We dip bread and chips in it. They have it on Crete. I don’t remember seeing it on Corfu. It does not jump off a menu
