i actually talked about this tho my therapist and people just feel exhausted embarrassed and lonely while crying but filming it or posting it feels like sharing like you are making someone see you and just trying to be seen… people are extremely lonely and hungry for attention because of it. Can’t blame them

when i was with my ex, i filmed myself crying specifically because i felt prettier. we would argue on call, then end the call and i would take selfies and take videos.. i was also like 16

the only time i made a video crying i was completely crashing out bc i JUST found out my ex cheated on me w the day before i found out my mom had stage 4 cancer. the video was a PSA bc my ex was emotionally abusive and finding that out on top of everything else was just too much
