All of these people that are saying they should’ve treated her better she was irrational they tried. And the other thing is do any of you all really want her driving around on your streets like this? I don’t think it’s easy to be a police officer and even if she had health issues they still have to keep the safety of everybody else in mind.

sooo I live in Florida and I 100% believe florida NEEDS change a few things 1- after 70 don't do a regular test but also a mental and cognitive test every year for you to keep your driver's license 2- every person after the age of 70 should have their contact information in the system as well as someone of trust in case they ever need help and it's something we should be able to update online as well so that if anything changes we can do that because the reality is Florida has a LOT of retired people and after a certain age dementia /Alzheimer's or hell even medicine can affect they way they act/speak and cops should way a contacting a family member! she very likely wasn't even supposed to be driving she reminds me of my father before he passed away he acted drunk but wasn't drunk he had Alzheimer's and dementia and I was constantly afraid of him walking out the door while I was asleep and then what? cops wouldn't know how to contact me if they found him ... he passed away a few yrs back... something should be done

She obviously has some form of dementia. They need training especially in Florida with dementia patients. She did not know her address,date, phone numbers. Very sad

Love this video have been any other type of person going through the situation. These comments would not look the way they do and it’s so sad everyone’s talking about she has dementia they’re treating her poorly. Did we not all watch the same video dementia or not if they said they smelled alcohol then they smelled it. There’s different levels to how people act when they have dementia.
