As pressure increases volume decreases. Similar to a piston-cylinder system in an engine. The relationship between pressure & volume is inverse. As one increases the other decreases.

Excellent video but it could use one thing to help understand it.. say when compressed molecules or gas gets compressed they heat up and then cool down when less compressed
