No judgement. No pretending. No “be strong, sisi.” Just women who understand what it means to lose someone they thought they would grow old with. Healing requires honesty. Sometimes healing means opening wounds you have been covering for years. It means saying the things you were too scared to say. It means crying when you have been pretending to be okay. It means admitting, “I am tired. I miss him. I am angry. I don't understand this life.” And yes, healing is mandatory. Not because you owe anyone a perfect, happy version of yourself. But because you deserve to live again. And for some of us, we also have children watching us. Families depending on us.
