Remove and drain the excess oil. ⭐️ Sprinkle Kashmiri chilli powder, salt, and asafoetida over the fried ingredients; mix well. ⭐️ Deep fry the marinated okra in batches until crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan. ⭐️ Drain the excess oil completely. ⭐️ Add the crispy fried okra to the fried cashews, peanuts, garlic, green chillies, and curry leaves. ⭐️ Mix everything well and serve immediately.
