Well he created everything so he is entitled to ask for what he wants. His original plan was not for us to live like this. We have eternity stamped in our hearts because we were supposed to live forever. The first selfish being to exist was for sure Satan. Maybe being rebellious is the original sin that has brought us here. Mind you free will used the wrong way is exactly why the world is the way it is.
