would make sense of the contract that Zhongli and the Tsaritsa have was to use something similar to Guizhong Ballista tas would fit the Mistilteinn and they'll aim it directly at Celestia. Plus, the curse of death affecting Snezhnaya might be the reason why they split the making of the arrow and the bow to be used against Celestia

If Anastasya is actually a bow user, then Mistilteinn being mistaken by many people for a polearm in the trailer makes sense, considering how massive it is and how easily its design could be categorized as one. According to the leaks, however, Anastasya is confirmed to be a bow user, while Mistilteinn is apparently the arrow itself. This immediately reminded me of Zhongli’s still-unexplained contract with the Tsaritsa. With the leaks suggesting that there will be a future story discussion involving Guizhong, could the contract somehow be related to the Guizhong Ballista? Mistilteinn is enormous—large enough to resemble a polearm despite supposedly being an arrow. That raises the question of what kind of technology, mechanism, or weapon system would be capable of firing something on that scale. As far as we currently know, one of the most notable large-scale bow-related technologies in Liyue is the Guizhong Ballista. So, could Zhongli’s contract with the Tsaritsa have involved the blueprint or technology behind the Guizhong Ballista, which was later further developed by the Tsaritsa or Anastasya into something capable of using Mistilteinn? This is just a personal theory for now, but I find the connection between the contract, Guizhong, the Guizhong Ballista, and Mistilteinn pretty interesting.
