Spiritual Awareness Understanding God, His Word, His principles, and the spiritual realities that influence the way we live. 2. Mental Discipline Learning to control your thoughts, reject distractions, and deliberately fill your mind with things that produce wisdom, faith, and purpose. 3. Emotional Mastery Learning not to be controlled by anger, fear, bitterness, jealousy, or other emotions, but allowing God's truth to guide your responses. 📖 Proverbs 27:19 says, “As water reflects the face, so one's life reflects the heart.” What you continually carry within you eventually influences what you produce on the outside. If you constantly feed your mind with fear, negativity, distractions, and worldly thinking, those things can shape your perspective and decisions. But when you deliberately fill your heart with God's Word, your thinking begins to change. 📖 Romans 12:2 — “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Your life may not change simply because you wish for different circumstances. Sometimes the transformation must begin within you. Change what you are feeding your mind. Change what you are allowing into your heart. Change the way you see yourself through the truth of God's Word.
