Is it bird and rabbit resistant? As soon as wel start to lay down any seed, we get about 100-150 birds feeding off the new seed. And what they dont eat, the bunnies come out at night and they finish off the rest. One Last question, will this work in AZ? We get abnormally hot the last few years during the summer.

I have a wooded lot that makes the acid level in the soil really tough to grow grass in. Even when I put down lime. Would this grow in that environment?
