Should I purchase my investment property in a company trust or in my name? What’s the best option for the future. Planning to hold the property for 8+ years

Can you get a backdated valuation? I lived in my property until 2015 and it has been rented ever since but I don't have a valuation dated then

This wouldn’t matter if the property was purchased prior to the new changes for example if you purchased a a property in 2024 you will be taxed on the old model not the one you speaking about ????
