Absolutely positively I I think that the parents need to be responsible. It doesn’t matter if they are two years old or 17 years old, it should be their parents. They should’ve been watching their child and not letting them play around, especially when they know there’s competition.

Yes the judge should’ve realized that the parents are responsible for controlling their child in public. If they can’t do that then they’re responsible for anything with the child does if the child would’ve broke something in a department store in the same manner, the parents would’ve had to pay for the damage. This is no separate an issue and it’s no different. Maybe if the parents were held accountable for their child they’d make sure that their child was better behaved in public.
