So cops do distracted driving all the time. They have a big computer screen in their face A stress always checking It typing. An yes I know it’s their job but they should be two officers in car so the driver isn’t doing what they pull is over for all the time distracted driving.

The biggest distraction now is touch screen in new vehicles. Surfing though software. Music and linked to you phone, apps they have caused many accidents.

In my country, eating is an offence. When u bite, u still hold the food & stare at it while biting. It’s the same as holding a phone & looking at it.

100% the cop was justified 100% he was he HAD reason to suspect the kid was driving with his phone out... however once he walked up to a chill kid with a literal half eaten sandwich right there and the kid IMMEDIATELY says "oh that was a sandwich" foot off the gas not "I know what a phone looks like" THAT was the mistake here thats all.... everything else was justified... he had a thing in his hand by his face 😅
