This is obviously a pattern in his life. Defiance against any authority figure. Arguing with cops (or TSA) will almost never end well for you, even if you are 100% correct that they are out of line.

That cop is going to have to explain what he did classified as disorderly. "Were you offended by his language" or the simole use of a cuss word in public does not constitute as disorderly under TX law. He should have been arrested for violating Federal Regulations under 1540.
