No one is responsible for an epileptic seizure, but it shouldn't bring into question the work conditions. Customers can't be held "responsible" for being customers, the employer has to manage work conditions.

I have Epilepsy. what emotions he went through can cause seizures. Restaurant should be responsible for letting him go through a seizure. CPR/First Aid should be required in restaurants
