I have been struggling with Sibo, I am always bloated, with diarrhea, and I have been on antibiotics for 20 days. And nothing changed. Paid for nutritionist…. I even have abdominal diastasis… I am quiet tired and depressed

I'm so sick of them always giving my an colonoscopy. They give me a colonoscopy twice a year. So sick of it. I don't want to take the medication that they are prescribing for me. They said I have IBS and still not helping me at all. I'm trying to do research to try and help myself.

64 yr old here. Dr diagnosed me with IBS by pressing on my gut and listening to my symptoms. Colonoscopy perfect. No stool sample. Zero questions about foods I eat. I guess I need to find another dr. Stool sample should definitely be done.
