It is discrimination. I'm a trans flight attendant and never had any issues. You cant fire ppl bc of their gender identity or expression. If she did the job well and followed company image and uniform policy it should be irrelevant. Yall are just mean and hateful

Flight attending has always had strict uniform and appearance policies. It even controls what makeup the female attendants are supposed to wear. I totally think that for this particular job, visual discomfort from passengers is relevant.
