I started teaching all 6 of my children at 7 they all can make 4 course meals as teenagers not just heating up food. They each take a night of the week to make dinner. My sons future wives will love them because they do laundry including ironing. Their grown now.

You should see them at the stove since they were four years old my kids and my grandkids they love it. They come down in the morning and want to cook breakfast with my wife.

cooking is a necessity 🤣 as a father i made sure my 10 year old and 7 year old can cook real meals and use knifes and so forth. I don't even have a daughter but I'd teach her also

I started helping at like 2 with hand over hand and pouring things into a bowl. by 8 I could use the oven to make a meal. by 10 I could make almost anything from scratch. as an adult I'm happy my mom took the time because I have the knowledge I need

Nothing is wrong with teaching them & supervising them when they want to cook BUT, don’t forget the parent should cook for the child & hey have them help.

my kids learned early also. and they did dishes, swept and vacuumed their room and bathroom , made their beds and did their laundry. none of it was perfect but they are responsible adults now not lazy ppl who are on welfare for life

I think this woman needs to be out of the picture. my mama had me in the kitchen when I was eight learned how to cook and I remember when I said why Mom I'm always going to have a woman beside me I don't need to know how to cook she slapped me in the back of the head
