People with garages can leave their garage door up if they choose to do so. That doesn't mean you can just park your vehicle in their garage. But I'm definitely keeping the car until I collect a parking fee.

I did that once I just closed the garage and locked it. I left my telephone number and when the guy called me I told him it would be $150 for rental of my garage for the night. 😂 when he tried to complain I told him he could call management and we could all talk about it together. How about how stealing someone’s garage is not OK.

He could have hit the remote and thought it went down and didn’t realize it didn’t until he got back. That’s happened to me. But I have a neighbor who always leaves her garage open. No idea why she does 🤷🏼♀️

I’m sure when you sign the lease they give you the option of paying for a spot or not soo pple saying “they didn’t know” no they knew n choose to park in a spot they knew they should’nt have soo after that whatever happens happens 🤷🏽♀️

What’s the problem with leaving it open? Maybe he closes it when he’s home, maybe he doesn’t. But when he’s gone, there’s nothing in there to worry about. So why not leave it open. It’s still his and doesn’t give anyone the right to park in it.
