This is the worst, I work as a customer representative and someone from our team accidentally gave a refund of $16,000 dollars, she was supposed to give a refund for points but refunded the money instead. what's worst, it triggered a warning on our system and our superiors are notified about this 😭

I legit fell asleep in the supply closet. During covid, I was a cna for 12 hours then helped at a local store ( family friend) after my cna shift. I had worked 13 days straight bc we were extremely short staffed at the nursing home. Went to the friends store to help out. I went into the closet to get something, squatted down and woke up at the end of the “ shift” 😭
