No problem with someone being quiet, as long as it's quiet WITH basic manners, 'good morning, bye, thanks etc' otherwise, let's face it, sometimes it's fishing for some one to say 'are you ok.' And let's make it one to check in with the colleagues once, 'you okay' 'yes' and move on.

not always but I sometimes get quiet after a long day of high energy and I get drained. anxiety sends me over energized. People love it but wished I could self regulate lol
