He comprobado la información: EFE Verifica confirma que el vídeo circula desde al menos 2024 y fue grabado en Ciudad del Cabo (Sudáfrica), no en Ceuta. Además, Maldita.es ha localizado el vídeo original y también sitúa la escena en la playa de Saunders’ Rocks, en Ciudad del Cabo. Por tanto: * ❌ No ocurrió en Ceuta. * ❌ No hay base para afirmar que el hombre sea marroquí o un migrante llegado a Ceuta. * ✅ El vídeo es antiguo y procede de Sudáfrica.
