Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I paid Holafly for internet in Uganda and was left with ZERO connection. Customer service doesn’t solve anything — they just keep making excuses, claiming they can’t find my order because of the email address, even after I provided both emails, the order number AND bank proof showing Holafly took my money. They take your money, leave you stranded without internet, and then try to make the problem yours. Never again. I strongly recommend avoiding Holafly.
