Really all I would want the cop to do, is to go over there and tell the guys what he is doing is Perfectly legal if you don’t like it then get in your car and go home. Instead, these cops are kind of teetering on defending these guys the aggressor and it’s just mind-boggling. All they have to do is tell these people what you’re doing is perfectly legal.

But that’s not on the cop here I know they have to call the D.A and if the D.A says naw we won’t take nothing on that then they can’t arrest them they do a report that’s on the dept end but they won’t arrest or take them to jail. I’ve seen many times the DA denied charges even when the police officer explains it in detail what happened on camera.

If they invite you to the property for a fight, by law you can’t be trespassing or the aggressor, they invited you to come on their property. If something bad were to happen they would be liable for inviting you onto the property!!
