Take a water bottle, you can fill it up at the regular water stations, usually located by the toilet blocks. Take your own food so you can manage how much salt you’re are consuming. The tickets are roving ones on the Friday, meaning you can sit in any of the grandstands. So rest when you need to. Don’t even attempt to go without earplugs. I use @LoopEarplugs Experience Plus. They have an extra insert that lowers the decibels even more than the main earplugs.
