They want to be outside having fun and don’t understand the risks! Don’t get me wrong we still get up early and take him out before it’s too hot but we've also been doing short training sessions indoors, and honestly I’ve been loving it. No distractions means full engagement, it's fun getting their brain working, and it's a good excuse to brush up on basic obedience. We're lucky our house stays pretty cool - this one was actually at my parents', which stays even cooler.
