@sydney.sus: Patrick Clancy never looked out the bedroom window and never looked in the basement window. Doesn’t make sense. #patrickclancy #lindsayclancy #lindsayclancytrial #tiktokviral

For the non-parents …there are zero scenarios where 3 children under 5 are “safe” unattended in a basement btw…

He actually said, she told him she killed the kids. So there was literally no urgency to check on his kids! BUT—everyone who came on the stand after him confirms that she couldn’t even speak.

For me, it was him keeping the dispatcher on the phone to go to the basement. As if he wanted the dispatcher to be witness to him finding them and to say, “she killed the bleeping kids”.

With how checked out he was from his family, it would’ve been more believable if he said he sat down and ate dinner before realizing it was quiet.

Who leaves an 8 month old alone in the basement once he knows they’re down there?

if she said the kids are in the basement, and you’re next to a basement window.. it’s NATURAL INSTINCT to LOOK at the basement window. like it’s basic psychology

Exactly… how does he not check on his children! It’s because he already knew .. he had no curiosity none no urgency either

I may be wrong .. but he needed people to witness him "helping" his family, and prove that's how his prints were on the bands.

If I came home and found my partner half dead on the ground outside in the freezing cold I’d be SCREAMING for help. Alerting anyone that could hear me as I kept running to find the rest of my family, or as Patrick refers to them, “the fucking kids”. If his wife had voiced her mental state and you arrived home to SILENCE you’d be like Usain Bolt running frantic. NONE of his story adds up. It’s infuriating.

When he was on the stand, he testified when he arrived home that Lindsay's car was in the driveway so he knew she was home but then a couple of minutes later he said he couldn't see her car because the car is black and it was too dark outside so he wasn't sure she was home because the house was so quiet. That made NO sense whatsoever.

A true partner, even panicking, would have seen their wife, paused to check, realized she was down and then scrambled to find the kids. ALL of his behavior was off.

He is not attempting to help his wife. Not performing CPR. Not stopping the bleeding from her wrists. Not covering her with a blanket as her body is freezing. Nor did he go to the basement to be with them. He’s just standing around. That’s not the reaction of a loving husband or loving father.

It is weird. I think he wanted to stay on the phone so he could put on a recorded show for when he “found them”

I once walked into my ex-husband’s house to pick up my kids and when I walked in (split level home) I looked down the stairs and saw just my ex-husband laying on the ground but could only see his legs. I thought he was just screwing with me so I asked what he was doing, and he didn’t answer. I ran down the stairs and he was unconscious, barely breathing. You know what I did *as* I called 911? Ran up stairs to find my kids immediately. 1. To make sure they were okay, 2. To make sure they didn’t come downstairs to see their dad unconscious when I didn’t know what was going on. Luckily he had just had a seizure so was fine after the ambulance took him. But I do not believe that any parent (who at least cares about their children) would simply just assume their kids are safe after walking into a situation like that.
