Hi, I’m looking for advice on my I-130/CR1 case. My U.S. citizen wife filed for me in September 2025, and I’ve now been waiting about 11 months. Our relationship has been ongoing since 2022, and I submitted relationship evidence, but I did not include chat messages or phone call records. Do you recommend submitting these now without an RFE from USCIS, or should I wait? Could submitting additional evidence now delay the processing of my case? Do you offer a free consultation?
