The dog lives.. the producers made it public after trailer was released.. because they felt it would hurt sales … some people wouldn’t take the chance of watching it to see the dog die..

This will probably be one of the most K9 relevant movies in recent time & probably Brad Pitts FINEST project. I just hope it doesn’t spark a flurry of people going out & buying or obtaining #GermanShepherds only to see them end up abandoned or in shelters. I hope they thought about putting a BIG message into the film credits, etc about this issue that affects dogs of any breed featured in a film such as this. #HeartOfTheBeastFilm
