PCC is the easiest program ever. whoever is setting up your system or residents needs to edit or personalize it. if they are just leaving it as 'system generated' it will be completely redundant.

It’s the only program I’ve used in 14 years. Like why tf are you asking me if the resident is walking in the corridor at 3am and they’re non ambulatory 🤦♂️

“Walk 20 feet with wc behind resident” yeah sure lemme just get this bed bound person out of bed for the first time in like a year, or this person who cannot use their legs and have to use a motorized wc. PCC IS NEVER UPDATED!!

as a cna I HATE PCC it takes so long to chart.. some of these things they have me charting could be grouped together. WHY IS FEEDING AND EATING ON SEPARATE THINGS? and like certain things could be TAKEN OFF if granny hasn’t walked for the past 10 years and is bed bound why am i having to chart on ambulation and how far they ambulated? and if they got out of bed

I’ve found my people. I HATE PCC. Matter of fact I hate pointless ass charting. Why I gotta chart on someone who fully ind. and has been ind. for awhile.
