Cleaning the case and AirPods with compressed air works well unless it’s an issue with the AirPod itself, also turning the AirPod slightly in the case can also work, just learn to check if they’re charging once you start having that issue

how can you fix a hardware issue by software updates, the right airpod is not making proper contact with the pad below it, try cleaning the whole case especially those contacts below where airpods sit

I had AirPods twice and TWICE they ended up like this. I tried it all, the cleaning tips, letting both run out entirely, etc. I am so incredibly frustrated with this that I haven’t repurchased them since, because I refuse to spend 200 bucks every 1-2 years on new ones
