I don’t think the sealer is necessarily the whole problem. That cup wheel is plenty aggressive, but on broom finished concrete those segments are riding the high points type shit while the sealer is still sitting down in the valleys of the broom texture. You basically have to start flattening the profile before the diamonds can reach everything. I’d try a 5 or 7” variable speed grinder with a more aggressive coating removal wheel and slow the RPM down so it bites instead of skating. Me I’m ripping that mf with a black arrow on a Metabo flyin

looks like some type of skim coat and whoever finished it ramped it up usually i use a 7” hand grinder and circle it up the ramped spots it usually gets it 9/10
