I had plantar fasciitis so bad that my dr told me I may need surgery if I didn’t want to live in pain. But then she remembered a chiro that had a pulse machine. So I tried it (2 treatments) and haven’t had an issue with it ever again!

My life story. I worked out life a crazy lady, did keto, etc. but my weight would go up and down. Especially when I had fibro flare ups. I finally went on a GLP-2 bcz I was sick of hurting. It did help. But I did not do it to be thin. Ppl don’t seem to understand this concept. I have always been a size 12-14 my whole life. And it never made me less hot.

For the plantar fasciitis- do the toe / towel scrunch - it works !! And stretch those calf’s. Gorgeous at all the weights 🥰
