@esther.cooke: Replying to @kaelawiley the popping and grinding is actually a thing called crepitus and is from the kneecap not tracking correctly or smoothly in the groove The video shows J Tracking on the right leg and is a type of patellar maltracking test and you may hear the doctors say to you (but they may not explain) You can kind of see the last 20% of extensior the patella moves across (Like a J shape) rather than carrying on vertically in a straight line. In my case the Left leg (the one that had surgery had a much more prominent J - as ive had surgery I cant show you this #kneedislocation #kneesurgeryrecovery #mpflreconstruction #kneesurgery #kneepain
can you repost without music? does you're knees make popping sounds, or like sound like there is bubbles popping? mine does this on my right knee all the time

I got scar tissue under mine and it wont engage with my vmo atm so im strapped everyday to help my knee cap move and my knee doesnt go heavy. reveiw next friday to book a arthroscope 😕
