Can you tell me about the recline? I’m finding conflicting information online - example “If a baby is over 20 lbs (Rear-Facing): Expanded to all 5 recline positions (light and dark blue zones) for added comfort as your child grows up to the 40 lb rear-facing limit.” Is that correct?
