No, sir. The Old Testament OT laws were done away with and replaced by faith in Christ Jesus according to Paul in the book of Galatians. If we keep up with the laws of the OT, then all believers will have to be circumcised; if there’s one with leprosy among us and he’s healed, he will have to go and present himself to the priest and do other necessary rites, and so on and so on. Paul, therefore, in regards to giving, asked that individual should give according to their faith in Christ Jesus, which is, give according to the grace you have and as the Lord as prospered you. Today, a believer can choose to pay tithe to support the church, but not out of compulsion from the law in the Old Testament.
