Decluttering to the point where everything in my house has a place is the only way I’ve found I can manage a clean, organized house! Clothes are hard for me because I love fashion but I just try to get rid of stuff every season.

Sometimes making the big decisions on clothes are exhausting soooo I’ve gotten a big bin from target and put a ton of clothes in it folded nicely (worth the extra time) and stored it away. I do this for clothes I don’t wear a ton but feel bad purging I also have a seasonal one where it’s like winter things etc. then I set a reminder on my phone for August like hey remember your fall clothes! That’s usually right when I think I “need” fall clothing, I get the bin out and it weirdly feels like a new wardrobe. On the other side if it’s stuff I may not wear I put another reminder on my phone for a few months from now that said if you didn’t touch that box drive it to good will or send to thred up etc like make the decision for yourself then. Okay also last thing lol for doom rooms my adhd coach suggested black trash bags only when clearing clutter or you will always go back and see it sitting in your car days later lll and think wait I’ll wear that! Etc. black just helps our brains feel the decision is made and let it go. ❤️

How do you handle this when also trying to be social. I find myself so overwhelmed by the day to day that I don’t feel like I “have time” for the fun things/showing up for other people

I switched to neutral underwear and I mostly wear the same white KB socks. I pretty much have a capsule wardrobe so just about any top goes with any bottom. It just makes things so much easier.
