Your reading 💯 resonates. Saw them live, full band back together, a few years ago. I cried through the entire show. Not because I am a fan; I’ve always liked them, but didn’t consider myself a huge Fleetwood Mac fan. The band played for three solid hours, no opening act. They played with such JOY and love for each other, and for the music and the love of the fans. It was only in that particular instance, as they played song after song, that I realized just how much FM had been a part of the soundtrack of my life. Every single beat jarred either an emotion or a memory from deep within, not just for me, but for the thousands of people who shared those three hours with me. If Stevie and Lindsay weren’t meant to be a couple in love, they were destined to be together to create music for the masses. And when I heard of Christine’s passing, I cried like a baby. I felt so privileged to have seen them all together. It was pure magic and, unexpectedly, one of my favorite concert experiences of all time.
