Arsenio’s Crispy Grilled Cheese Chicken Alfredo — Crunch Chronicles Ep. 6 🥪🔥 Buttery golden bread, creamy Alfredo, juicy Cajun chicken, and the kind of cheese pull that makes the crunch worth it. 🤤🔥 Chicken 2 chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil 1½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1½–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Butter for the pan Alfredo 1 tbsp butter ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper Pinch of chili flakes 2 garlic cloves, minced 473 ml heavy cream (35%) Handful Parmesan cheese Handful chopped parsley Assembly Bread Mozzarella cheese Old cheddar cheese Butter for both sides of the bread Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning. Cook in a buttered pan until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway, then slice. For the Alfredo, melt the butter in a pan and add the salt, pepper, chili flakes, and garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds, pour in the cream, and let it simmer until slightly reduced and thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmesan and parsley. Butter both sides of the bread, add mozzarella and old cheddar, spoon over the Alfredo sauce, then add the sliced Cajun chicken and top with more cheese.
